MSI Vitosha was established in 2006 as a result of joining the French Groupe GHI company and the Bulgarian construction company
„R.S.Engineering” Ltd., with the purpose of exercising the French model and practice in the condominium management in Bulgaria.
Currently MSI Vitosha Ltd. works in the city of Sofia and manages condominia in many residential quarters of the city.
In our practice up till now we follow the French model for dividing the monthly expenses based on the calculation according to the percentage of common parts of the building owned by each floor owner. This is the fairest principle applied and by the Bulgarian law, according to which are paid all taxes on real estate properties and garbage tax.
Our work show that the building fund can be managed effectively without electing a legal adviser who represents the Condominium.
It’s enough for the share holder meeting as a Supreme power to elect a legitimate representative and to authorize him to sign contracts with the approved firm by the share holder meeting for professional house managing, services, where clearly and precisely are stated the rights and duties of the sides.
