The management of the common parts of buildings with an established regime of maintenance, which are part of a complex with restricted access, is being operated under a special management contract signed between the owner and the investor. The signatures of the contract are to be validated by a notary and the contract should be registered into the property profile in the Agency of Inscriptions.
